PRE/POST NATAL CLASSES
Be part of a safe and supportive community during this time of wondrous time of change in your life. Spend time with other pregnant women and new mothers. Yoga provides an opportunity to prepare and be empowered for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges presented by childbirth and parenting.
Learn how to modify your existing yoga practice to respond safely to your changing body during pregnancy and the post-natal period or learn the basics of yoga as you begin a yoga practice. We will explore breathing and imagery techniques to help you develop focus, find internal strength, and relax. Come share you experience and find support as you prepare for your birth or adjust to being a new mother.

FLOW/YIN CLASS:
Beginning Saturday, Oct 18th, Susan's 8:20 a.m. class will become FLOW and YIN. The class will continue to include strong standing work and movement, but will also incorporate serious YIN work. YIN poses are held anywhere from 3 - 5 minutes and concentrate on hips, hamstring, pelvis and the lower spine. YIN work takes you deeper into the connective tissues of the body in order to maintain mobility and suppleness. FLOW and YIN are opposites that perfectly compliment each other."
