Artful Assists, Thai Massage, and Yogic Flying
Designed for teachers and students, we will practice
assists practical for teaching Vinyasa Yoga. A skillful touch has the
power to transport your students to a whole new level of awareness. What
could take you years to understand in your body could just take one precise,
effective, supportive enhancement from a well-trained teacher. Also
learn yogic flying, where a person is suspended from hands and feet while
being assisted into yoga postures to create total body freedom.

We will explore sevaral vinyasa waves of multi-dimensional sequences-intelligently
unfolding an evolution of movement meditation, fluid namaskars, backbends,
arm balances and hip opening to understand the underlying flow of prana.

A unique, invigorating style of yoga that synthesizes
Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Martial Arts. A strong Vinyasa

with Duncan Wong's dynamic martial arts stances and kicks to create

About Simon Park:
Simon is an innovative teacher of Vinyasa Flow and
Thai Massage. Drawing inspiration from many yogic styles and master
teachers, he has developed a truly unique and energetic practice. Simon
has taught Yoga and Thai Massage workshops nationwide, assisted extensively
with Shiva Rea, and has been featured in New York Times and Yoga Journal. Nomadic
by nature, he travels the world to celebrate the pulse of the global
